KNOW · Private Enterprise Knowledge

Ask your company's knowledge anything.

A private AI knowledge system for documents, policies, manuals, reports and internal information.

The problem

The information exists. It is in PDFs, shared drives, scanned SOPs and people's heads. Employees still ask around because search does not understand the question, and generic chat tools cannot see the right documents — or should not.

You are not buying a public chatbot. You are deploying a private knowledge system over information the business already owns.

How it works

  1. Ingest. Documents are collected, cleaned and indexed — including OCR where needed.
  2. Retrieve. A question is matched to the relevant passages, not the whole corpus at once.
  3. Answer with sources. The system responds in language people can use, with citations.
  4. Control access. Roles decide what can be seen. Deployment stays in your environment when it must.

A working interface, not a slide.

Example query: “What is our travel reimbursement policy for international travel?”

Private Enterprise Knowledge

What is our travel reimbursement policy for international travel?

International travel reimbursement requires pre-approval from the reporting manager. Eligible costs include economy airfare, standard lodging, and a daily per-diem published in the finance SOP. Original invoices must be submitted within 10 business days of return.

Document ingestion

Policies, manuals, reports and mixed file types, including scanned material.

Retrieval and citations

Answers point back to source documents so people can verify them.

Access control

Role-based visibility. Not every employee should see every corpus.

Integrations

Connect to the document stores and systems you already use.

Private deployment

Run in cloud, private cloud or on-premises when data cannot leave.

Enterprise data

The knowledge layer sits on your information — not a public crawl.

If the documents exist, they should be answerable.

Send us a description of the corpus, who needs access, and where it has to run. We'll tell you what a private knowledge system would look like.
